Place spinach on lightly greased baking sheet.

Place slices of seasoned mock meat steaks (or panneer, tofu, etc) on spinach.

Top with garlicky pizza sauce

Top with lightly sauteed mushrooms (or veggies of ur choice)

Top with mozzarella cheese...


Bake till cheese is melted.
